To help us get your return processed quickly, please follow these instructions:

• Complete the form below and include it with your return package
  
  
• From the Shipment Confirmation Form that you received in your email and with your shipment, 
  please provide the last 5 digits of the Item Numbers  on the form below
  
  
• Return items complete with ALL Packaging and Parts
  
  
• Provide detailed product photos of the issue of all products you are returning
  
  

Credit will not be issued to non-defective items

Any incomplete submission will result in a delay with processing your return. By not following the instructions provided, our team will have to conduct our own investigation for all the products returned. Which will cause delays that can last up to a month or more.
